Aran is a born and bred Irishman! He has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MBA from Marymount University. Before joining Will Reed, Aran spent more than 15 years building a career in sales and talent acquisition on both sides of the Atlantic, building startups and recruiting for Twitter and Facebook. 

Aran enjoys working directly with Will Reed’s early-stage founders to help them build out the right executive team for their space and stage. 

Aran moved to the US in 2014 with his wife Andrea and their three children: Ryle, Lela, and Abbi Rose. On weekends, he can be found ferrying them to various sporting events and walking their husky Salah along the beach. If there's any free time left, he enjoys watching rugby - specifically Liverpool and all Irish teams!
