A Stanford graduate and NCAA DI field hockey player, Beth launched her career as a founding sales team member at Box, where she spent four years and saw the company scale from 30 to 2,000 people. She started as an SDR and worked her way quickly into the AE ranks. At Box, Beth transitioned from Sales to Marketing and learned to understand the holistic GTM function at an early age.
Following Box, Beth joined Square as one of the first mid-market sales team members, helping carve out a new segment and guiding the company to sell to a more upmarket audience. During her eight-year tenure at Square, Beth gained experience leading and building teams. She prides herself on hiring and developing game-changing salespeople. In her final year at Square, she scaled her team from 16 to 100 and led them through change and tremendous hypergrowth.
Most recently, Beth served as the VP of Revenue for Knoetic, an HR tech start-up, where she oversaw Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. At Knoetic, Beth interfaced daily with Chief People Officers, and this role only solidified her passion for people and reaffirmed her belief that the talent you hire can make or break your company.
Now a Partner at Will Reed, Beth gets to combine her knowledge and experience of GTM with her passion for people and could not be more excited to partner with early-stage founders in helping them find the talent they need to bring their companies to the next level.
Beth currently lives in East Hampton with her husband Kyle. She is the proud mom to her son Asher and a dog mom to her Australian Shepherd Ajax. When she’s not working, Beth can be found golfing, hanging on the beach or cooking…unless it’s the winter! In that case, she’ll be skiing or warming up by the fire in Vermont.
