Cole has grown up in the startup ecosystem, starting his career in sales and transitioning into recruiting during his time at Call Box. While at Call Box, he recruited across all functions and levels of seniority and did the same at HumCap, adding agency experience to his toolbelt while placing Sales and Marketing executives in the software space.  

After studying journalism at the University of Oklahoma, Cole still gets to flex his writing muscles in various mediums, including multiple fantasy sports media outlets.

Cole currently resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife Mary Claire, who is a child-life specialist at Children’s Hospital.
