Kevin broke into the tech world as a web developer for a boutique software development firm before quickly realizing that his strengths reside on the client-facing side of the industry. He moved onto BD and AE roles before being introduced to the talent world, beginning his recruiting career with a small agency focused on building sales teams for startups.
