Lauren was born for sales. (Don’t even get her started on the air fryer or UppaBaby stroller!) She was an NCAA D1 golfer at Baylor University and graduated with a triple major in Marketing (Professional Sales), Entrepreneurship and Business. Upon graduation, she started her career in management consulting at Credera.
During her tenure at Credera, she created new business development processes and led their campus recruiting efforts, which ultimately led her to become a full-time Executive Recruiter at Will Reed. Lauren is known for her indomitable spirit and her uncanny ability to crack the hardest go-to-market roles. She is a strategist and problem-solver who loves partnering with early-stage founders to find the exact talent they need to grow.
Lauren and her husband Josh and their dog Yankee Doodle reside in Fayetteville, Arkansas. They are highly involved in college ministry and are expecting their first child (a little girl) in October 2021.
