Raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Maddi is a Southern girl at heart! After graduating from Asbury University, she started her career in sales and quickly transitioned into recruiting. She’s passionate about finding and retaining great people for great companies. 

Before joining Will Reed, she spent almost six years at Pendo.io, growing their team across the globe. Her Southern hospitality - coupled with her mind for strategy and love of operations - make her an incredible talent leader and teammate at Will Reed. 

Maddi currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband John and their pup Riggs. When she’s not helping grow Will Reed’s internal team, she’s either hanging out with her family or helping Middle Eastern refugee women get settled in the US. (Maddi hold a Masters in Middle Eastern Studies).
