The Role

Will Reed is building an exciting new program and community specifically for early-stage founders that teaches them how to recruit great talent and build human-first cultures.

In order for this initiative to succeed, we need an entrepreneurial Client Success Manager who gets excited about building content and curriculum, operationalizing systems and workflows, managing relationships and delivering value with a smile! This role is for a person who finds joy and meaning in helping others grow and succeed.

This individual will report to and support our Partner, Founder Enablement (we think she’s pretty great) and will have high visibility across our company and our client base. As our first Client Success Manager, you are helping pioneer a program and community we believe has the power to change an early-stage company’s destiny. How cool is that?!

The Responsibilities

  • Research talent acquisition and culture trends & best practices from the frontlines and secondary sources
  • Build new curriculum (content modules) for our client enablement programs
  • Lead all administrative tasks associated with delivering our client enablement programs (i.e. scheduling, surveys, sending follow-up materials, etc.) 
  • Ensure data cleanliness and help with reporting 
  • Act as a partner and trusted resource for our early-stage Founders & CEOs and our Partner, Founder Enablement 
  • Influence how the program and community grow and evolve over time 

The Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the tech/SaaS or consulting industry
  • You have experience (and a passion for) building something new 
  • You “nerd out” over data - tracking it and using it to make informed decisions 
  • You are an exceptional project manager with strong prioritization and organizational frameworks
  • You have an executive presence that is highly personal and professional 
  • You’re a digital native - You’re familiar with a variety of work productivity tools (i.e. Slack, ClickUp, Expensify, ATS, CRM, etc.)
