In order for this initiative to succeed, we need an entrepreneurial Client Success Manager who gets excited about building content and curriculum, operationalizing systems and workflows, managing relationships and delivering value with a smile! This role is for a person who finds joy and meaning in helping others grow and succeed.
This individual will report to and support our Partner, Founder Enablement (we think she’s pretty great) and will have high visibility across our company and our client base. As our first Client Success Manager, you are helping pioneer a program and community we believe has the power to change an early-stage company’s destiny. How cool is that?!
