The Role

Will Reed is growing fast and we're looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, and passionate Recruiting Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst, you will perform research and data collection to support our Executive Recruiting team in their work with clients and candidates. This role will prepare you to become an Executive Recruiter, by  helping you to learn best practices for early-stage tech recruiting and the foundational principles of recruiting SaaS sales, marketing, and talent professionals. 

Please note this role can be located anywhere in the United States as long as you're comfortable working from home.

The Responsibilities

  • Support Will Reed’s Executive Recruiting team by helping them to perform important research tasks for clients, partners and candidates
  • Receive training that will help you learn how to identify and source top Executive candidates for our clients
  • Assist with document preparation, meeting preparation and meeting follow up by providing exceptional detail and savvy research skills
  • Ability to build solid relationships with internal and external hiring teams
  • Track and understand meaningful metrics for your activity and pipeline, and actively share your progress with peers and hiring teams
  • Be a Will Reed brand ambassador throughout the recruiting process

The Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a professional role, ideally one that has equipped you for working with teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion and excitement for becoming an Executive Recruiter 
  • Ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and think three steps ahead
  • Ability to effectively articulate exciting job opportunities and company stories to candidates
  • Excellent communication and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about data, able to craft insightful reports
  • A sense of responsibility and ownership and the ability to optimally partner with your teams
  • Strong desire to learn and develop your skills and competencies within hi-tech software
